Returns & Refunds

Because we sell skincare, cosmetics, fragrance, and personal care items, hygiene and safety matter. Please read carefully before requesting a return.

Personal care items (important)

Due to hygiene standards, all skincare, cosmetics, fragrance, and personal care items are final sale, except in cases where an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

These items cannot be returned once opened, used, tested, or unsealed.


General return window

We maintain a 30‑day return window for items that are not personal care products.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, with all tags and seals intact.

Proof of purchase is required.


Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at Contact@ijustmight.me within 48 hours of delivery.
Include photos so we can review the issue and make it right.

Approved cases will receive return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.


How to start a return

All returns must be requested before sending anything back.

Email Andrea@ijustmight.me with your order details.
Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Refunds

Approved returns are processed after inspection.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of approval.

Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the return is due to damage or an error on our part.
