All orders are shipped from our fulfillment location in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, United States.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

We offer standard shipping with an estimated delivery time of 5–8 business days after the order has shipped.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination, carrier delays, or external factors beyond our control.
Shipping Rates (Orders Under $50)
Shipping rates for orders under $50.00 USD are calculated based on the total shipment weight:
- 1–6 oz: $5.75
- 6.01–12 oz: $6.50
- 12.01–15.99 oz: $7.25
- 16–24 oz: $8.75
- 24.01 oz–2 lbs: $10.25
- 2.01–2.5 lbs: $11.25
- 2.5–3 lbs: $12.50
- 3–4 lbs: $13.75

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $50.00 USD or more (before tax, after discounts).
Free shipping uses the same standard delivery timeframe of 5–8 business days.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

While we work to ship orders promptly, delivery delays may occur due to:
